Shipping:  Keeping your shipping costs as low as possible is a concern of ours.  We insure ALL shipments.  For those orders requiring special arrangements, contact us via our toll free number or email us directly.  We use UPS and/or the USPO to ship your newest packages safely and quickly to your home!  

Can I get 2-day or overnight shipping?
Yes, but it is best if you call us immeditely to ensure we have your item in stock and can send it. Because of the even size to weight ratio of Polish Pottery, it is likely to be very costly to send overnight. But we have done this in the past, and our customers have been very happy with the results. Please do not order via the web wanting 2-day shipping without calling us. Thank you!

Please add the following S/H charges to your order. (outside the 48 Contiguous States extra shipping of $15 will be charged for all orders under $250.)

If you are in the Maryland/Washington D.C. or Baltimore area, call for an appointment if our store is not open.  Pickup of pottery is available by arrangement only. Online offers not applicable to store pickup items.

Payment:  Please use our webpage to build your order in the shopping cart. We will securely receive your credit card information for processing. Please do not send your cc by email. Military Star Card users are not required to enter an expiration date for their purchases. APO and FPO customers are requested to enter their full address for APO and FPO. For country, select type USA. For zip code, type APO/FPO number. There is no additional charge for s/h for our servicemembers using APO/FPO. 3 of us at Twins Polish Pottery are veterans and we thank you for your continued service to our country. Site Security: Secure ordering assures customer confidence through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption of sensitive customer and credit card information. Orders are sent securely to us for processing through your credit card company. We offer you a choice of ordering and payment methods. Return Policy:   In the very rare event you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason , call first to arrange for a return, pack the pieces securely and return them (insured) to us for exchange or refund as desired.  We request the original receipt or will be unable to offer a return. For gifts, let us know who gave the gift, and when. We will provide exchanges only for all gifts without a receipt. Call us within 7 days of receipt.  Unfortunately, all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable to keep everyone's costs low. Please send all returns to the address at Mount Airy. No exchanges or returns after 30 days, period.

Damage Policy:   To ensure against damage, we pack your pottery securely in multiple boxes as required.  Should a piece be damaged in transit, we insure everything we ship.  If there is any damage (very rare) keep your packaging for the post office or UPS.

Privacy Policy:   Excluding simple web statistics not attributable to any individual, we do not collect any data on guests of Twin's Polish Pottery.  Furthermore, we do not sell any information or give any second party any information about you, your purchases or your web visits.  Period.  If you have any futher questions, please don't hesitate to contact us and request information.

Mailing List: We periodically send email to those who request to join our mailing list.  We don't buy your name, nor do we sell it either.
